Psychoeducation is an essential aspect of mental health treatment that aims to provide you with knowledge and understanding about mental health conditions, their symptoms, causes, treatments, and coping strategies.
Using evidence-based, CBT informed approaches, we can support you to improve your overall mental health and wellbeing. Alongside CBT, we also aim to incorporate key components of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) such as mindfulness, and defusion.
If your child or young person is struggling with their mental health and wellbeing, we can offer information, advice and guidance, empowering you to support them. We can also support you with your own wellbeing.
Our stress management programme uses evidence-based practices to help you reduce stress and anxiety, and improve your overall well-being. You'll learn relaxation techniques, mindfulness strategies, and other coping skills to help you manage stress more effectively.
Our hypnotherapy sessions can help you overcome anxiety, depression, trauma, and other emotional issues. We use a personalised approach to ensure you get the best possible results.
Please be advised that we are unable to work with anyone who is currently receiving support from CAMHS or Adult Mental Health Services. Risk assessments will be completed at assessment and throughout sessions, and should we feel that presenting risk levels are too high, we may explore more appropriate support for you. We are not an emergency care provider, and cannot be contacted outside of sessions to manage the safety of our clients.
